Boddington Meadow Nature Reserve

This is one of the country's rare ancient hay meadows and is
situated near the reservoir. It has been owned and managed
by the Wild Life Trust since 1986. The meadow supports a great many plants associated with hay meadows and anyone interested in wildflowers and the numerous insects only found in such a habitat is in for a treat. The best time to visit the meadow is during June or July. The meadow is open to the public at all times but we ask that dog owners keep their pets on a lead and that you use the path to take you from the stile to the gate at the far end.
